Food Solutions To Prevent Varicose Veins

Dietary deficiencies or the loss of skin pliability due to aging can be major factors causing varicose veins. * all condiments, salt, alcohol, coffee, strong tea, fried foods, processed and refined foods, processed flour products, white sugar and white sugar products, cheeses and ice cream. These foods can be constipating and can cause sluggish circulation, leg pain and cramps related to varicose veins.

* it is commended to cut down on red meat as much as possible and prohibit fatty animal protein to prevent worsening your symptoms.
